Traffic Diversions Announced for Gangadeeswarar Temple Maha Kumbabishegam
Arulmigu Gangadeeswarar Temple Maha Kumbabishegam will be held on 28.11.2024 from 05.00 hrs at Purasawalkam. A large number of devotees are expected to gather at Gangadeeswarar Koil Street, Purasawalkam, and witness the Maha Kumbabishegam. Hence, the following traffic arrangements will be implemented on 28.11.2024 from 05.00 hrs to 12.00 hrs. The traffic arrangements made are as follows:
1. No vehicles will be allowed through Gangatheeswarar Koil from 05.00 hrs to 12.00 hrs on 28.11.2024.
2. Vehicles coming from Millers Road Junction intended towards Gangadeeswarar Koil Street will go straight towards Dovton bridge (or) Service Road, Dovton junction (right) Ritherdon Road to reach EVR Periyar Salai.
3. Vehicles coming from Dovton Junction towards Gangadeeswarar Koil Street will be diverted via Ritherdon Road to reach EVR Periyar Salai.
4. Vehicles coming from Jermiya Road will not be allowed on Dovton Bridge. Those vehicles will take Service Road and Dovton Junction.
5. Vehicles coming from Perambur Barracks Road intended towards Gangadeeswarar Koil Street will be diverted left towards Narayanaguru Salai, Hunters Road, EVK Sampath Road, EVR Periyar Salai.
