This 2 Day Education Fair is rocking in Chennai!!
The usually busy CTC or Chennai Trade Centre at Nandambakkam in Chennai was buzzing on Wednesday. A two day educational fair began in CTC in Chennai and it was jointly organised by VIT and Daily Thanthi.
It is superb to note that this annual event provides guidance to the students and enables them to choose the right courses in higher education.
About 40 colleges, institutions and universities etc took part in this educational fair. It is known that these educational institutions offer a wide range of courses including engineering, arts and science, agriculture, catering etc.
Inauguration of the educational fair:
It is worth mentioning here that this educational fair was inaugurated by VIT vice-chairman Mr. G.V. Selvam, principal of SRM Easwari Engineering College (Ramapuram and Trichy campuses) P. Deiva Sundari, Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology (R&D) director Mr. R. Sundar, Shin Nadar University registrar, Mr. Nallusamy, Bharat Institute of Higher Education and Research, additional registrar Mr. R. Hariprakash and Remo International College, director of academics, Mr. G. Prabhakaran etc.
Direct meeting between students and college representatives:
What was amazing in this educational fair was the direct meeting between the students/parents and college representatives etc, By this, the right kind of career guidance and counselling would be obtained.
