City Challenges up an Uncommon Dark Morning

Due to the heavy gloomy sky, the Chennai people faced an unusual dark mornings . Even at the late 10 am, the city was pretty dark and gave the sense of the early sunup. Regarding this climate, Mr. YEA Raj, the deputy director of Regional Meteorological Centre, Chennai stated that the city is experiencing slight foggy conditions due to a balance between a drop in temperature and slight saturation. The fog disappeared after the temperature rose.
Additionally, he added that, as per the reports, for the next four days, there will be a chance of a low pressure area mounting in the south Bay of Bengal. This will mainly affect only Sri Lanka and not TamilNadu.
The state has received only 295 mm as against the normal rainfall of 436 mm. The lowest minimum temperature and maximum temperatures in the state were noticed at the Coonoor weather station at 7 degree Celsius and 19 degree Celsius, respectively. The highest minimum temperature was at Pamban at 24 degree Celsius and the highest maximum temperature was received at Palayamkottai at 31.4 degree. Maximum temperature in Chennai was 30 degree Celsius and minimum temperature was 21.1 at Nungambakkam on Friday.
