Gold price increased in Chennai

The cost of gold has increased Rs.8 Per Sovereign on Tuesday morning (Jan 7, 2014). A sovereign was worth Rs.22232.00 and a gram was Rs.2779.00
The cost of 1 gram of pure gold (24 K) is now Rs.2972.00
Price of silver also increased. A kilo of silver was priced at Rs.45120.00 and a gram was worth Rs.48.30.
