Want to be healthy in summer season then please avoid these

For maintaining health in the summer season, a person must give importance to food and lifestyle. It is normal that during the summer season people get exhausted and tired due to scorching temperatures. Many get other issues like dehydration, getting affected with sun strokes also and hence taking care of health is very important.

A person must stay away from these in the summer season to be healthy. These are

Avoid UV rays:
The skin would get affected by the harmful UV radiations from the sun in the summer season. Therefore, a person must use sunscreen before going out in the sun. So, please be careful.

Avoid drinking alcohol:
It is worthy to mention that a person would sweat more in the summer time and by consuming alcohol body fluids would be lost. This might result in dehydration. Intake of drinks like buttermilk etc would be superb for staying hydrated.

Avoid eating heavy meal:
In the summer season, it is important to have light meals and not heavy meals. By taking heavy foods, a person would find it difficult to digest plus become lazy. This would increase the cholesterol levels also.

Avoid caffeine intake:
Bering a diuretic, caffeine intake could increase the risk of dehydration more. Avoiding consuming caffeine would be good if not then it is okay to take in moderate amounts.

Avoid carbonated fizzy drinks:
The presence of carbohydrates, extra calories plus sugar and high fructose could lead to weight gain. Truth is that by intake of carbonated sugary drinks we would feel more thirst only. Hence, intake of water, coconut water and fresh juices would be good.

Avoid fried foods:
During the summer season, a person must avoid eating fried foods like samosas, chips etc. It is not easy to digest these foods and they would make the person feel bloated. It would be superb to eat fresh fruits and vegetables etc in the summer season.

Avoid inactivity:
For doing exercises, early morning or late cool evenings would be superb during the summer season. By exercising, a person would be able to improve mental health plus prevent getting obese etc.
