The lifestyle of the people now has led to milk intolerance etc in many now and due to this these persons have adopted dairy free options. Truth is that the dairy free diet might be preferred by environmentalists but not by others. For many generations, we have been hearing from our grandmother and mothers that drinking milk would provide us with good strength. If this is 100% true, then many would not consume dairy free diets. 

Various examples of dairy products are milk, cheese, yoghurt, butter, condensed and dried milk etc. By going dairy products free, we could play an important role in helping the environment and could save animals. It has been brought out that milk and other dairy products might lead to type-2 diabetes and heart disease etc in us.

By not consuming saturated fats and sugars that are present in dairy products, we would be able to lose our excess weight easily. Examples are cheese, flavoured yoghurt etc. Truth is that high quantities of saturated fats and sugars would make us obese and they could increase the inflammation in our body etc.

Good for stomach:

It must be taken into note that by consuming various dairy products we could get issues like gas, constipation, bloating etc. These issues would go away or improve once a person consumes a diet free from dairy products.

We could get acne and pimples etc when we consume dairy products. This is mainly because of growth hormones present in the animal milk. The skin would look fresh and it would glow when a person stops eating dairy products.

Various issues that allergy from the intake of dairy products could create in us are itch mouth, itchy lips, vomiting etc. These issues could be avoided by adopting plant based milk and by going dairy products free.

Balanced pH levels in us:

Not many of us know that dairy is an acid forming product that could interfere with the GI tract’s natural pH balance. By consuming more dairy products, we could have increased levels of acidity. The acid might go to the oesophagus leading to acid reflux. It is shocking to mention that dairy products when consumed for a longer period might lead to GERD also. We could have a balanced pH level in us when we stop consuming dairy products.

Instead of dairy, we could go for plant based milk that itself has various options to choose from. Soy milk, cashew milk, almond milk etc could be superb for our health.
