Activities that must be avoided immediately after food

Many of us have the habit of eating fruits very immediately after taking food. This is not good for health. This is because taking fruits send air into the system and causes bloating in the stomach.

So, eat fruits an hour before taking food. Or otherwise, take fruits an hour or 2 after food.

Please do not drink tea immediately after the food. (It is open to question how many can follow this). The reason to avoid taking tea immediately after food is the tea leaves contain acid. This acid tends to harden the protein in the food take and causes difficulty in digestion.

Please do not loosen your belts after food. This may lead to bend the gut and may lock the digestion progress.

Do not have the habit of taking a bath immediately after taking food. The reason is that while taking a bath, the blood circulation increases in the body, arms, and legs.This diversion would result in insufficient blood available for the digestive system and affect these organs.

Please do not go to sleep immediately after taking food. Ensure that at least half-a-hour rest is taken after taking food before going to bed.
