Here is a happy news for all those fitness freaks who aim at shedding their kilos!

Experts claim that taking extra proteins can largely help in weight reduction. A research was recently conducted by CSIRO. It studied about the morning meal practices of whole foods like lean meats, eggs, legumes, etc. This can make you feel fuller and also boost fast loss when you practice this in combination with regular physical workouts.

When you find it tough to control what you eat, redistributing your protein intake may come handy to help you, says the co-author of the study.

To obtain substantial benefits, the researchers recommend taking 25 to 30 grams of protein. According to what the study states, throughout the day, Australians keep increasing their intake of protein while the quantity taken is fairly small for breakfast.

In the morning, women eat about 11 grams of protein as compared to men who take 2 grams. The key to losing weight is to take moderate carbohydrate levels and higher protein levels. This is a sustainable way of reducing kilos, say researchers.
