Be careful before giving these food combinations to your kids as they would affect their health

It is well known that child is very delicate and as a result of that they get sick often. It is essential for the kids to have healthy nutritious diet so that they could not be affected by issues like indigestion etc. Sometimes certain foods create issues for the kids as they affect the digestive system of the kids. Hence the digestive system would not be able to perform its functions effectively and this results in the accumulation of toxins.

These below mentioned food combinations must be avoided as it is bad for the kid;s health.

Cereal and Juice combination:

To make the kids energetic as well as fresh kids are made to consume cereals and juice. It must be noted that the citrus juice brings down the activity of enzymes that are required to break down carbohydrates in cereals. Hence this combination must be avoided.

Burgers and fries combination:

This food combination is highly preferred by many kids is known. When they both are consumed together they would reduce the blood sugar levels of the child as they both are deep fried items.

Milk and banana combination:

This is widely consumed by many kids. Rich in nutrients both milk as well as banana is good for the kids. But simultaneous intake of these two must not be done by the kids as they could make the kids dull and sleepy.

White bread and jelly combo:

Though it is good to taste but this combination must not be given for the kids as they have excess carbohydrate content in them. The blood sugar increases in the kids and the body of the kid has to do more work for insulin. Imbalance in blood sugars and diabetes might occur in kids.

Pizza and soda combination:

It is known that pizza and soda are favorites of many children these days. It is harmful to them also. The presence of carbohydrates in excess in pizzas and in digesting it major proportion of body energy is consumed. Issues like bloating takes place in the kids when they consume soda.

Tomatoes and pasta combination:

It is common that tomatoes are present in pastas and this would harm the kid’s health greatly. Starch is present in excess in pasta is known. The acidic nature of tomato creates issues as they hinder the digestion of starch in pasta. In adults stomach the enzymes are produced in sufficient amounts to tackle it but in kid’s stomach production of enzymes is not high and it could result in bloating, gastric issues etc.

Fruits and yogurt combo:

In the kids who are below the age of 10, the overall intestinal flora is changed by the toxins generated by this combination of fruits and yogurt. Issues like sinus congestion, cough, cold occurs in the kids.
