Eat these fruits daily & be healthy!

Everyone deeply desires a healthy living. They take a few steps towards this goal. Some of the steps are developing a habit of  eating healthy food and doing regular physical exercises. They would keep their bodies fresh & cool during the summer by taking good quantity of vegetables and fruits. This is because the body requires more water during the summer and it is better to take fruits & vegetables which are rich in water content. Fruits are available at reasonable prices during summer.

Water melon - water melon is rich in anti-oxidant known as lycophine. This prevents diseases. It is better to take water melon daily.

Orange - diabetic are recommended to take ranges as they control the sugar level and help generate more insulin.

Bananas - usually, bananas are cheaper compared with other fruits. Banana has high energy content. It is est to take at least 2 bananas every day.

Strawberry - can be taken as fruit or juice. It contains vitamins which cures the problems in stomach.

Guava - Take guava daily. It removes the uric acid in the body through the urine and helps maintain a healthy body.<>

Grapes - grapes are god especially for the people suffering from thyroid. Grapes keep the thyroid hormone generating gland healthy.

Cherry - cherry prevents arthritis and related problems.

Blueberry - blueberry is rich in fibre. Eating blueberry daily will help avoid constipation and related problems.
