A new research has established that drinking large quantities of water can prevent obesity.
Oxford University’s Food control Health department, under the leadership of Professor Ms. Susan Jebb undertook research on prevention of obesity.
They recommend that parents should avoid giving juices or foaming alcoholic drinks. Instead, they should be asked to drink excess quantities of water.
Drinking extra quantities of water prevents obesity. Juices and other alcoholic drinks contain excess quantity of sugar. This leads to problems like obesity, high blood pressure, and diabetes.
Avoiding them and taking lots of water will reduce sugar intake and prevent all these diseases.
