Expert dieticians strongly recommend that the daily sugar consumption should be reduced by 50%!
The energy that is derived from our food consumption is measured in terms of ‘Calories’.
As derived from our food intake which may include artificial sugar, and items like fruit juice, etc which contains natural sugar, .it is estimated that around 10% of the total calories is from the sugar.
Earlier, scientists from England observed that this 10% should be the normal recommended consumption of sugar. This is right quantity for good balanced diet.
However, as per the latest research, England’s expert food science analysts recommend that this 10% should be reduced to 5%!
As the individual sugar consumption keeps increasing, the individual’s weight also increases; he/she has the danger of getting affected diabetes or heart problems.
According to the experts, only reduction of sugar consumption is the best way to avoid these!
