New study results have stated that regular consumption of groundnut will help reduce the possibility of heart attack. In a recent research performed by an American university, the benefit of groundnut is found. The study was made with people belonging to poor income group.
Groundnut contains fat, fiber, vitamins, antioxidants, and more. All of these are very friendly to our heart. Though similar researches were conducted earlier too, all of those were performed only on people of higher income group. This research involved people from varied culture and countries – Africa, America, etc. This involved about 70,000 individuals from African and European origin, and 1,30,000 individuals from China.
Consumption of groundnut on a regular basis will prevent heart attack by 23 to 38 per cent, says study results. As it is made available for cheap rate and sold in most places, there are large numbers of people consuming it. Taking groundnut will prevent the goodness of heart.
