For these women, it is recommended to lift an easy weight from the bottom till the chest for about 5 minutes. The legs are to be held free and hands need to undergo the action. The process needs to be practiced for 5 continuous minutes.

Shoulder exercise:
Shape and size of shoulder in women depends on the head position, and figure on the whole. When the shoulder is broad, it naturally needs a good sized head. To get desired shape of shoulder, stand in a firm position and stretch heads like ‘plus’. Bend it and expand the shoulder for about 10 minutes every day.
