How to protect yourself from summer?

The hot summer will usually kick-start during the initial days of April, which is the existing week. However, the season seems to be have got much interest in Tamil Nadu that it arrived during the month of March itself. With such a surge in temperature, people find it too tiresome to step out of home under the son. The human atmosphere is yet another reason scaring the people.
 
Those who cannot escape from stepping out during day time should be cautious of the hot sun and be well prepared. It is necessary for one to keep himself cool and hydrated throughout the summer. Here are few tips to achieve the same:
 
· Drink 2 to 4 glasses of lukewarm water once you wake up in the morning. Drink water once in an hour routinely

· If you have Aloe Vera available at your home, apply it all over your body and take bath after 30 minutes. This will instantly provide a cooling effect. Those who do not have it at home can make use of Aloe Vera gel available in the market

· Just because it’s too hot, it doesn’t mean you need to stop your exercise regimen. Exercise can never have a holiday. Make sure to exercise every day, but not during the day time under the hot sun

· Consume more of watermelon, orange and cucumber

· Drink juices of watermelon, banana stem, carrot, mint leaf, coriander leaf, lemon, etc. These will help you stay cool and hydrated and healthy throughout this summer

· Consume light levels of protein. These can be found in soya, pulses, etc

· Take limited numbers of Almond, Pistachio, etc

· Include tomatoes, pomegranate, and gooseberry in your daily intake

· Ginger and pepper are always good to you, and take them too

· Avoid oily food, fried items, pickle, etc

· Take watery butter milk in large quantity

· It’s important to avoid ice cream or use of ice cubes

· Make your food intake in small quantities and make sure to include more of watery vegetables in your diet

· Though you may enjoy taking your kids on tour this summer, make sure to stay away from outside food as viruses can easily spread this season

· Vegetables and fruits can get spoilt sooner than regular times. So, make sure to refrigerate them at the perfect temperature

· If you purchase food from outside places, make sure to take it to home as soon as possible, and do not store them in fridge as it will leave the item spoil soon

· Make it a practice to dispose spoilt food items well sealed quickly and immediately

· It is common to find an increase in cases of vomiting and diarrhea during summer. The reason behind d this is increased possibility of food poisoning

· If you are affected by vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, fever or headache, it is recommended to visit a doctor without delay

· Dryness in lips, skin, eye, etc are symptoms of dehydration. Consume a glass of water mixed with electoral or consume more water

· Apply sunscreen lotion before you travel under sun. Protect your skin with the use of talcum powder

· Fully covered cap, umbrella in dark color, light cotton dresses, and goggles are recommended for use during summer

· Wash your mouth more often

· Green tea is good during summer

· Vegetarians can consume b-complex tablets on doctor’s recommendation
