· Change over to egg-white!
· Introduce the system eating 6 times a day in smaller quantities.
· If young in age, go for daily jogging.
· Use a smaller plate for eating!
· Use blue-coloured plates. It has been established that this colour tends to reduce the urge to eat more! On the other hand, red colour is supposed to increase the urge to eat!
· Get into the habit of eating peanuts after peeling off the skin. You will tend to eat less quantity. Also, try to eat peanuts without salt.
· Use chewing gums without sugar while chewing. It is better to take mint flavour. The smell of mint will send the signal to brain that enough food has been taken!
· Take a small quantity of salt-less pistachio.
· Yoga helps in reducing fat in the body. So, start practising Yoga!
· Observe fasting (going without food) for 1 session, 1 day, in a week
· Your breakfast should be oats & eggs.
· Ensure to drink good quantity of water.
· Do not eat sitting on the bed or sofa. Eat on the dining table or sitting on the floor.
· Totally avoid fried items.
· Take green tea. Use less sugar!
· Do not keep tempting snack items in the house! If you have a preference for sweets, then use the back-side of the spoon while taking! This will reduce the calories!
· Take fibre-rich food.
· Keep a record of what you have eaten during the day in the night. This will help you greatly in correcting yourself.
· Do not skip your breakfast!
