Food items which help strengthen body resistance!

Take a glass of water stored in a clay-pot immediately after getting up.

After some time, do the routine physical exercise.

Then take either lemon juice mixed with honey (not sugar) or a cup of green/black tea without milk or sugar.

Ensure to include vegetables & fruits in your breakfast!

If you are a person habituated to snacks, it is better to take sprouted grains, pulses, soya beans, groundnuts, almond, and walnuts.

Take plenty of items like guava, gooseberry, greens, raisins, dates, and figs.

Take fish which are rich in oil-content like sardine or salmon.

The whit part of the egg (yolk) is also good to take  and helps build body resistance.

Grind some equal quantity of gooseberry, ‘Kadukkai’ (Terminalia Chebula), and Thaandrikkai, take 1 or 2 teaspoonfuls of the powder and mix it in  a  glass of lukewarm water and take it before going to sleep. This is excellent for building body resistance.

Introduce diet system of tender coconut once a week. Take  3 to 4 tender coconuts in a day along with the water & tender coconut inside. If people aged over 20 follow this diet once a week, it will help urinary resistance power.
