Some methods to prevent backaches!

Doing some physical tasks is very essential. Habits of walking and routine physical exercises can help prevent backaches. Keep in mind, that everyone must do physical exercises which suit their physiques.

Some of the jobs like in software industry require the employee to keep sitting for long hours. It is very essential that such employees should ensure that they sit properly, straight, and comfortable. It is better to take a small break every 90 to 100 minutes, take a small walk & return. This would ensure that some sort of physical exercise is done by the body.

Some other jobs require standing for long hours. It is better that these employees rest their feet/legs on stools or rocks every now & then. This will help relax the muscles & bones and keep them in the right condition.

When lifting heavy items, ensure that you do the lifting properly coordinating with the body. Learn to keep note & give due recognition to the naturally curvaceous parts of the body.

Generally, backaches & lower backaches get cured within a day or two. If it continues, it is better to visit the doctor and seek medical advice!
