It is a usual trend for sports aficionados to keep awake till late in the night to watch sports.
While watching the sports, it is another habit to indulge in snacks & cold drinks.
This habit will disturb the soundness of sleep!
Frequently getting up from the sleep and keeping resentfully awake without sleep are very likely.
While dreaming in the normal sleep, the pupils will keep moving. However, due to snacking late in the night, the movement of the pupils will reduce. .This has been established after research.
Generally, a man requires 1600 calories per day and a female requires 1400 calories every day.
Fat content on these calories should be less than 25%.
However, when we take 10 pieces of potato chips, it contains 54 gms of fat! This is equivalent to 36 calories.
So, when we take chips everyday in large quantities, an average of 40 gm fat or 360 calories are going into the body. This increases the total calories to 2000.
Even when we take fat food items, it disturbs the soundness of sleep!
In India, the average fat content in a person’s daily food is 45%!
In addition, by taking the fat-rich food late in the night disturbs the sleep.
Everyone needs a sleep of 8 hours per day. Sleeplessness during the night affects the the next day’s forenoon/afternoon activities.
Concentration, thinking ability, and memory slips occur.
One has to go to sleep only 3 hours after the dinner or night food.
Late night dinners and snacking in the night definitely affect the sleep.
A good night’s sleep gives the equivalent of energy & health from 10 eating sessions.
Hence it is better to totally avoid snacking chips in order to get a sound & refreshing sleep!
