Food items which cure irritation/uneasiness in the chest!

Irritation in the chest is quite a commonly prevalent complaint among the people today.

When the acid generated in the mouth enters the food digestion route again, pain or irritation in the chest or stomach occurs. Gas gets accumulated in the stomach.

Proper food habit can cure this complaint.

Sometimes, chest irritation can be caused by mental tension or some tablets creating excess acidity.

Fruits such as papaya & pineapple are rich in enzymes which help digestion system like Pappein & Brommlain.

Hence, it is advisable to take these fruits regularly.

Cabbage juice (extract) is very good for chest irritation.

An amino-acid known as glutamine is available in large dosage in cabbage. And this amino-acid is excellent in helping the digestion system.

So, it is better to include cabbage regularly in our diet in the form of soup, salad, or extract.

It is recommended to take ginger tea half-an-hour before the meals session.

Ginger tea stimulates the glands which generate ingredients for the digestion system.

Persons suffering acidity problems should avoid spicy food containing strong masalas.

It is also better to avoid taking a lot of citrus fruits like tomato, etc.

Avoid coffee or tea and take green tea instead!

It is also better to completely avoid items like fat-rich milk and meat.

It is recommended to use cumin (seeds), Carom (seeds), and mint (leaves) in good measure regularly.
