Healthy food items to be taken during night sessions!!

It is very essential to take nutritious and low-calorie food-items during the night sessions.

Especially, oil-rich food and fat-rich food items must be thoroughly avoided.

You can see visible improvement of good heath with the habit of taking one or two bananas in the nights daily.  Note that all the calories required by your body is contained in that one banana that you take!

It is also advisable to take 2 or 3 boiled eggs during the night eating sessions. Remember, only the white should be taken. Even if the stomach does not get full, note that this contains all nutrients you need!

If you start the habit of drinking a glass of fat-removed milk every night, you can notice considerable improvement in your body weight.

Some people are so addicted with consuming coffee during days and nights! These people will feel incomplete food session if they don’t take coffee at the end of the eating session!

On the other hand, it is not at all good to drink coffee before going to sleep! Taking coffee before going to bed will certainly make you wake up rather late the next day morning!
