How to make your kid eat veggies?

Vegetables are always recommended for consumption, but why? The obvious reason is that they are rich source of vitamins, minerals, protein and other nutrients. They are rich in phytonutrients which hugely helps in fighting against heart troubles, diabetes, stroke, cancer and several life-threatening diseases. They also prevent us from suffering out of high blood pressure. Including significant quantity of vegetables in our daily food will largely help in increasing our immunity. Each and every vegetable has got its own unique goodness and nutrients. Hence we need to make it a practice to consume all types of vegetables.
 
Though, as adults, parents can understand its importance, children hesitate to know its importance and eat veggies properly. How to make them eat them daily? Here are few tips:
 
·         Take your children to vegetable shops. While purchasing each and every vegetable, tell them its nutrition value and health benefits. Explain them why the vegetable should be included in food. This will interest them to eat it

·         To make them understand its importance, parents need to include a lot of vegetables in food

·          Teach them how to clean the vegetable and the way to cut it. As parents, you need not hesitate to teach them cooking. Children who are well aware of the nutritional value of food items will not prefer junk food much

·         Give them vegetables separately. You need not mix it with the food item, instead give veggies separately

·         Decorate the vegetables well with onions, coriander, tomatoes, etc. This will attract them largely which will also be a reason for them to show interest towards eating them
