Say No to non-stick

Nowadays, a house without a non-stick pan is a case of rarity. These pans that are widely used by all of us is however full of many harm. These pans are made with the use of large amounts of perfluorooctanoic acid. This will induce cancer in the users. The perfluorooctanoic acid is a type of poison which will induce hypothyroidism.

On using non-stick pans regularly, one will be prone to hypothyroidism. As we use the pan continuously, we tend to consume the food items cooked in it along with poisonous smoke that is emitted from the pan. This will eventually diminish our brain’s capability and potential. Further, regular use of non-stick pan will also weaken our bones and create fracture too.

It is in fact said that use of non-stick pans is a major reason for infertility in couples these days. Also, it will create troubles in women while they are pregnant, and possibilities are that they may give birth to disabled babies. Hence, as always, it is recommended to consume food prepared in mud pots and vessels.

It is after all our traditional vessels which causes no harm at all.
