No cold water please!

Do you consume cold water often? This piece of info is then for you! Chinese and Japanese people have got the habit of drinking warm water after their meals instead of cold water.

Drinking cold water will solidify the oil content in our intake and slower the digestion process. These solid substances combine with the acids present in stomach and start reacting. These will get broken at faster rate compared to solid food and gets absorbed by the intestine. This in turn will get accumulated in our body which will very soon turn as cholesterol that is life-threatening as it may even lead to cancer.

Hence it is always recommended to consume hot water after food instead of cold water. You may also choose to drink hot soup after your meal.
