Those who have been driving bike for prolonged hours for years are likely to face driving back pain. The possibility of back pain is high for those who drive bike or car. The reason behind such pain is not the vehicle you drive, but the uneven roads on which you travel. Traveling on uneven roads in poor conditions will induce pain in the spinal cord. The severity of the condition is high in case of those who drive bike for long distance and in those who use computer for long hours.
Driving scooter for short distance travel will help in preventing one from such back pain. Similarly, while driving vehicles such as bullet, the jerk or vibration caused is less which in turn reduces the possibility of incurrence of back pain.
One can prevent back pain by using bikes of heavy weight. You can wear the lumbar support belt that is exclusively available for protecting your back. This is to be worn at the time of driving bike. There are several back exercises that can be practiced to prevent back pain. Yoga can also be practiced.

· Stop wearing tight belt at the time of driving. While the belt is too tight, you will not be able to sit in a proper position while driving. This will eventually lead to back pain. Hence, while traveling for long distance, never wear tightly fitting dresses.
· Never give pressure on your hip while driving
· Your lumbar region requires enough support while driving. In latest cars, there are seats that have lumbar support
· While working at your work place, make sure you use a proper chair with enough support for your back
· You may support your back with the use of a small pillow. Or you may choose to fold a towel in a triangular shape and give support to your back with it
