Turmeric is available in different forms - Stem, powder, decoction or lotion, and as oil.
It is the best to include turmeric in your diet system regularly.
However, if the food is over-cooked by keeping in high flame for longer durations, you will lose all the nutrients in your diet. Hence, please ensure 100% that the food is cooked at the right temperature.
You can add turmeric in your glass of milk as well.

Turmeric liquid extract – 30 to 90 drops daily
Decoction (turmeric) – 15 to 30 drops daily
