Carrots for youthful skin

Did you know that carrots are one of the best ingredients for youthful skin? Carrots contain Vitamin C that repairs damaged skin and so prevents the formation of wrinkles. They are also a source of Vitamin A. This keeps the skin smooth by enabling production of collagen. 

Here is a natural home made pack that can help you have glowing youthful skin. The pack contain carrots that will help you scrape off the dead skin, hence, acting as an exfoliator as well. 

Method:
Boil two peeled carrots. Mash nicely. Add 1 teaspoon of almond oil and mix well. Refrigerate for two hours. Apply on your face, especially area around eyes, cheeks and chin. These are the places you may get wrinkles. Leave on for half an hour and then use lukewarm water to rinse off. For best results, use this pack three times a week.
