Could there be any better morning diet than a bowl of oats? This is considered as one of the healthiest foods in the world with rich nutritional value. It has with it dietary fibers and minerals including Manganese, Thiamin, Magnesium, and Phosphorous. As it contains very less saturated fats, sodium and cholesterol, the calorie content is very less and hence supports weight loss and helps maintain good health.
