Tips to prevent acne

The summer is when many experience pimples on their face, back and chest. The occurrence of pimples is because of excessive sweating. Says a leading dermatologist, If you do not keep your skin clean during summer, it can not only lead to rashes but also cause acne, which can sometimes be persistent and can leave marks on your face.

Keeping your skin clean is essential at all times, but especially in the summer. You can keep your system hydrated by drinking lots of water. This also flushes the toxins from your body. Adding a few sprigs of neem or tulsi to the water keeps your stomach clean. 

Apply a paste of fresh chandan to your face in the morning, before washing it. This instantly relieves the pimples. The paste also helps clear the skin of acne scars. 

Before brushing your teeth in the morning, drink unboiled buffalo milk. This contains anti bacterial properties. It helps cleanse the system. 

Before bedtime, apply a toner on your skin. Choose a toner that contains aloe vera or rose water. They will soothe pimples and clear any clogged pores. 

Wash your face with natural ingredients like multani mitti or neem paste. Avoid soap.
