These foods could be used to cure Alzheimers disease in us

In this world most of us do our work properly because of our brains functioning well. There are few people who do not have the ability to think clearly, do daily tasks and sometimes not remember who they are. It is said that these people have Alzheimer’s disease in them.

It is now revealed that by eating ‘MIND diet’ the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease gets reduced by 53 % and that is a fabulous piece of news. This MIND diet has these ten healthy foods which a person must consume. They are

Eating green leafy vegetables - Folate and vitamin 9 are present in huge amounts in green leafy vegetables like kale, collard, spinash, mustard greens etc and these help in the cognitive function improvement plus in the reduction of depression.

Consuming nuts - Eating cashew nuts, almonds etc are very important and these nuts promote brain health in us. Lowering of bad cholesterol and reducing the risk of heart disease are other benefits of consuming nuts. They must be consumed five times in a week

Beans consumption - This is very important food for those suffering from Alzheimer’s disease. These beans are rich in fibre and proteins are known. By eating beans our minds are kept sharp as these beans are low in calories and fat content.

Whole grains intake - They are important part of this MIND diet and these whole grains like quinoa, whole wheat, whole oats etc. They must be consumed for minimum three servings in a day.
