Be careful next time when you consume these inflammatory foods as they might lead to increase in weight

We all try various methods like doing exercises, sticking to a healthy diet plus regular checking of our hormones etc to reduce our body weights.

Not many of us know that few foods cause inflammation in our body and this in turn results in the release of a harmones that would lead to increase in weight.

These below mentioned inflammatory foods must be avoided as they could result in increase of weight in us. They are

Artificial sweeteners - Not many of us know that these artificial sweeteners could cause inflammation and could lead to more weight in us. So avoid these artificial sweeteners as much as possible.

Dairy based products to be avoided - We all love dairy products like milk, yoghurt, ghee etc. These dairy products belong to inflammatory foods category and create inflammation in digestive system. This result in the release of harmones and hence increase in weight. Another point to be taken into account is high calorie content of these dairy products could also result in weight increase and these must be avoided as much as possible.

White bread intake to be avoided - White bread has high amounts of gluten in it and this could result in inflammation in us thereby increasing the body weight. Brown bread is highly preferable.

Say no to fast foods - Most of us love taking fast foods like pizza, burgers etc without knowing the fact that these fast foods could create inflammation in us plus these foods could also lead to many heart issues, high BP etc. So avoid consuming these fast foods.

Vegetable oil - We all cook many dishes using vegetable oil without knowing that these oils could lead to inflammation and finally to increase in the body weights in us.

Avoid pork consumption - Many people consume pork based dishes. It is said that these dishes are highly rich in fat content and could lead to weight increase in us. One important factor here is pork based dishes could lead to inflammation also and weight increase in us. So it is better if we avoid these pork based foods.

Avoid alcohol intake - It is known that that alcohol must be avoided totally for our lives to be happy and peaceful. It is worthy to note that alcohol when consumed could lead to inflammation and hence increase in body weight.

Don’t consume baked foods - The presence of high amounts of trans- fat in these baked foods must be given a thought before we consume these baked foods. It is important to mention that this trans- fat could lead to inflammation plus various issues like diabetes, digestive problems etc. So avoid consuming these baked foods to be happy and free from weight based issues.
