In this world many of us are often targeted and harassed by others for many reasons. The formation of excessive gas in the stomach cause huge embarrassment for many of us and we get humiliated by others due to this issue also. This gas formation is also known as ‘Gastritis’ and many people suffer because of this issue. Intake of medicines is done by us when we face this gas formation issue in us. However it is not advisable to consume medicines regularly as it might lead to some other issues also. This excessive gas formation is also given names like bloating, burping, belching etc and takes place mostly after food consumption.

Swallowing air - This is one of the important reasons for this excessive gas formation in us. While eating food etc many people open their mouth wide so that air enters their mouth and thereby resulting in the gas formation. So try to avoid this.
Say no to gastric foods - We take some food that causes this gas formation inside us. Certain gastric foods like starchy foods, lentils, dairy products etc could lead excessive gas formation. So avoid these foods.
Avoid soda intake - People who have this excessive gas formation issue consume carbonated drinks as they feel that these drinks could provide relief to them. This is not true and consuming these carbonated drinks could increase this gastric issue.
Intake of sweetened juice to be avoided - Do you know that intake of sweetened juice loaded with artificial sweeteners could lead to gas formation in us. Consumption of fresh juice after 30 minutes of preparation results in unhealthy bacteria developing in it.
Overeating to be avoided - It is a fact that overeating results in excessive gas formation in us. Overeating slows down the process of digestion and leads to accumulation of gas.
