These foods would heal bone fractures faster

Bones are present in our skeletal system and it is these bones that give shape to our body. Bones also play an important role in protecting our organs plus bones provide us support so that our movement could be carried out. Hence it is essential for us to have strong and healthy bones. It is worthy to note that due to many reasons our bones could become weak. Bone breaking/fracturing could take place and it might take long periods of time for healing.

There are some foods that could be consumed for the bone fractures to heal faster.

Dairy products:

For bone strengthening and for natural healing, calcium is very important. This calcium is present in many dairy foods like yoghurt, milk, cheese etc. Hence intake of these dairy products daily could repair the broken bones faster.

Intake of tuna fish:

Omega 3 fatty acids plus vitamin D are present in rich amounts in this tuna fish. Vitamin D is essential for the calcium to work efficiently and omega 3 fatty acids could make the bones stronger and also heals the bones faster.

Consumption of pumpkin seeds:

The minerals present in pumpkin seeds play a huge role in the absorption of calcium more effectively. It is superb to add few pumpkin seeds to the salads as healing of broken bones would be faster.

Capsicum consumption:

It is known that its species belong to America and are used in medicines and as lachrymatory agents. It is said that red capsicum is rich in vitamin C and this boosts the collagen production in the bones. For the healing of broken bones, this collagen is essential.

Eggs intake:

The presence of vitamin D along with small amounts of calcium, vitamin B and high proteins in eggs play superb role in bone strengthening. Healing of the bones is done naturally.

Black beans intake:

When consumed on regular basis these black beans are superb for our bones and muscles. The presence of magnesium and protein in black beans does tremendously in the faster healing of the tissues of the bones.

Consumption of citrus fruits:

Citrus fruits like lemons, oranges, kiwi etc are superb as they have vitamin C in them. This vitamin C helps bone fractures to heal faster.

Parsley leaves consumption:

Present in the central Mediterranean regions like Italy, Spain etc, these parsley is a species of flowering plant. Intake of parsley leaves is superb for our health. The vitamin K present in these leaves helps the broken bones to heal faster.

Intake of red meat and spinach:

Red meat could be consumed for heme iron and spinach could be consumed for non-heme iron. It is important to note that iron is essential for improving the haemoglobin content of the blood so that enough oxygen is got by the fractured bones to heal faster.
