It is important that we must consume atleast 8 glasses of water every day. Not many of us know that water is present in certain fruits and it is essential that we consume these fruits to avoid dehydration in us. Intake of these fruits could be of huge benefit as these fruits are rich in fibres, antioxidants etc. There are few signs or symptoms of dehydration and they are dry mouth, increased thirst, decreased urine output, head ache, dry skin etc.

Papaya:
The papaya belongs to genus carica and family caricaceae. The papain present in papaya is a powerful antioxidant is known. Papaya ahs 88% of water and intake of papaya could help us in avoiding dehydration.
Oranges:
They belong to citrus species of family rutaceae. The oranges have 87% of water in them and this helps us in avoiding dehydration. Hence the intake of oranges is very essential for us. One important point is oranges have fewer calories than any other fruits.
