These foods must be taken by us during lactose intolerance

Sometimes people have a condition known as lactose intolerance and their ability to digest lactose is decreased in them. These persons show few symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhoea, gas etc. This lactose intolerance is mainly because of the deficiency of enzyme lactase. One important point is this lactose intolerance does not cause any issues to the gastrointestinal tract. When compared to the kids, adults have this lactose intolerance issue more. People having this issue must not consume dairy products. In those times it is good to consume foods that give nutrients to us.

There are certain foods that could be consumed by us during lactose intolerance and these are

Curd intake:

By coagulating milk in a process known as curdling, a dairy product is got and this is curd. This curd is a superb food and could be taken by those having lactose intolerance issue in them. The lactose is present in small amounts in curd and do not cause any harm when consumed. Digestion is easy due to the presence of good bacteria in the curd.

Consumption of green vegetables:

Our body would get superb and adequate nutrition when we consume green vegetables having proteins, minerals, vitamins etc. People having lactose intolerance would be benefited by intake of green vegetables as it could improve their health.

Cheese to be consumed:

It is known that cheese is got from milk. This cheese is a superb food for those having lactose intolerance condition. When compared with other dairy products, fermented cheese have less lactose in them. Being good sources of calcium and protein, cheese could be consumed by the lactose intolerance persons.

Soy milk intake:

By soaking and grinding soybeans, boiling the mixture and filtering the remaining particulates, soymilk is got. For those having lactose intolerance condition, this soymilk consumption instead of milk is good as it has calcium in it.
