Vegetables must be included:
The vegetables must not be avoided at any cost as they provide many health benefits for us. The vegetables are cheap and could be brought by all. When both fruits and vegetables are consumed by us then there are less chances of getting chronic issues in us. The presence of nutrients and antioxidants makes the vegetables superb and these vegetables must be consumed by us for our overall health. The vegetables are rich in vitamins like A, K, B6 etc plus have folates, beta-carotene etc in them. Vegetables like tomatoes, carrots, green leafy vegetables etc are superb for our health.
Rice must be included:
The two major factors like affordability and accessibility make rice as the most important staple food across the world.
