By saying no to spicy food:
Intake of spicy foods during menopause could trigger night sweats and hot flashes. So please avoid intake of spicy foods during menopause.
Avoid intake of caffeine and alcohol:
It is revealed that alcohol and caffeine are the 2 of the biggest triggers of night sweats and hot flashes. It is important to avoid them or limit their consumption.
