List of food items which help weight reduction without exercises

In order to maintain perfect body condition, it is just not enough only to do some regular physical exercises. One has to take care of the diet system adopted as well.  In a similar vein, all of us are also aware that body weight can be reduced even without doing physical exercises.

  • Half-an-hour after getting up in the morning, drink a glass of lemon juice. Take care not to add sugar! Instead of lemon juice, you may also drink a glass of lukewarm water. Remember – you must avoid taking the usual morning tea or coffee! Ensure that you do away with tea/coffee. However, please note that it ok to drink coffee/tea during other times – except mornings!
  • There is a saying, ‘Eat breakfast like an emperor/king’! You may follow this! However, ensure that the breakfast is rich in protein! However, avoid carbohydrate-rich food. This will transform into fat and get deposited in the body to increase weight! So, better take oats, egg, and fruits.
  • You may take ‘Upma’ or ‘dosa’ made from green gram batter or chapathis made without oil, omlette (without oil) with cheese as a side-dish. Avoid oil-rich foods altogether.
  • You may feel extra hunger during the afternoon session. In order to answer this, include a bowl-full salad of vegetables and fruits. You may include protein-rich food such as egg and steamed chicken. Better use olive oil for preparations. Take red rice, which has lower carbohydrate content. Protein-rich sambar may be the item to mix with red rice. You may also take wheat bread and sambar made without oil Avoid oil-rich items thoroughly.
  • It is normal that only the habit of taking tea or coffee in the evening session refreshes. However, avoid eating snacks – especially oil-fried items such as samosas and bhajis. Instead, take the apple, dry fruit nuts, steamed peanuts/other pulses.
  • You need not have to prepare again for the dinner/supper session! You may take the same items taken during the lunch session.
  • In case feeling hungry before going to sleep, take a glass of milk!
It is just enough if you regularly follow the diet recommended as above! It is 1000% certain that you would be astonished by the remarkable changes in the bodyweight (downward, of course)!
