Skipping meals:
Many of us have this habit of not eating/skipping meals. It is said to be very dangerous because our various organs get affected by this. It is shocking to note that hair loss occurs in us when we skip or not consume meals as the body starts focusing all its energy in making important organs such as the brain, heart to work rather than focusing on making of hairs.
By tightly tying the hairs:
The hairs in the scalp get weakened when we tie our hairs like a ponytail or in the form of bun shape etc. By tightly our tying hairs we could prevent the hairs from falling on our face but it would weaken the hairs from the roots leading to hair loss. So women must be careful about this habit.
Too much heat application:
This is also one everyday habit that could cause hair loss in us. It must be noted that too much of heat would affect the hair quality. The process such as hair drying, ironing, curling etc that use heat on the sensitive hairs would lead to hair loss.
Depression or stress:
It is revealed that our depression as well as stress has a negative impact on the hairs and could lead to hair loss in us. It is important that we must come out of depression or stress as quickly as possible to fix this hair loss issue. The hair loss would reduce when there is less stress.
