Green-gram stimulates digestion system

Green-gram, known in Tamil as Pasippayaru or Paasipparyupp/payathamparauppu in Tamil, has multiple beneficial properties for better health.
  • Green-gram is rich in Vitamin B9. Further, it contains vitamins B5, B6, B2, vitamin C, and vitamin A as well! It has mineral salts, copper, iron, phosphorous, magnesium, and manganese.
  • Green-gram is also rich in enzymes, nutrients, and antioxidants which protect the body health. It also improves the wellness of eyes, hair, nails, liver, and skin. It also aids in balanced uniform blood circulation.
