Many of us dream of being young and healthy always in our lives. The bitter truth is staying young and healthy is not possible for any of us because of aging and we must understand that.
When we are young, our body would have the ability to fight various diseases, health issues etc and we would recover quickly. The ability of the body to fight these would go down and not be the same when a person touches 50 years of age. This might be shocking news to many.
It is important to note that most of us would have reached the top position in our profession by the age of 50 and well settled in our lives but we should not expect our health to be good at that age.

Functions of the liver get slowed down:
It must be taken into account that when we age or touch 50 then the liver gets affected by toxins. As a result of this, sugar or poor diet or anger or alcohol etc could make the liver slow or inactive. This could lead to a scenario where our body would find it difficult to metabolize and filter out toxins due to sluggish liver.
Nerve based issues:
The grip begins to weaken as we grow older and we could find difficulty in writing, holding things, etc. It is revealed that this condition stems from the neck and it affects the nerves of elders.
Teeth become sensitive:
This is also one important issue we could get after reaching 50. The important point is persons with sensitive teeth would find it difficult to drink hot or cold foods/drinks.
Bones get brittle:
It is worthy to note that as we begin to touch 50 then our bone density decreases leading to osteoporosis issues. There would be more fractures in us due to this reason.
Development of a few skin-based issues:
Few skin issues such as eczema, psoriasis etc could occur when we grow older and touch 50.
Sense of taste is lost:
When a person touches 50 years of age then he or she loses the sense of taste. This could be due to the shrinkage of taste buds. This could be improved by consuming less salt in the diet.
More stress:
When a person reaches 50 years of age then he or she would have great amount of stress and it could create unhappiness.
