People get headaches more now due to various reasons like stress, high BP etc.

The symptom of pain that occurs in face, head and neck is head ache. The shocking piece of information is frequent headaches could affect the relationships and employment also.

It must be noted that while some get severe headaches others get mild headaches. By understanding the reason for the headache, it is possible to treat the headache properly.

There are few surprising reasons that are responsible for the headaches in us.

Dehydration:
For the human body to function well, adequate consumption of water is very important. It is amazing to note that dehydration could also be a reason for the headaches in us.  It is important to check the water consumption if we are getting headaches frequently. By consuming enough water throughout the day, we could prevent headaches in us.

Improper eating pattern:
It must be noted that the food we consume and the time at which the food is consumed could also cause headaches in us. Point here is we must consume food only when we feel hungry. Sometimes, a long time interval between 2 meals might also lead to headaches.

Wrong posture:
It is known that our back could get affected by wrong posture. Not many know that wrong posture could also cause headaches. It must be taken into account that when we sit in a posture for long time then we could get headache. Other issues that could be due to poor posture are digestive issues, poor sleeping patterns, foot pain etc.

Intake of alcohol:
It is said that when we consume alcohol, we are putting various organs inside our body at risk of getting many diseases. Point is some people would get headaches after consuming alcohol. Important information is intake of red wine could lead to headaches in us.

Excessive use of gadgets:
In this electronic age, majority of us use different types of electronic gadgets. Some people would get headache after using their gadget. The eyes get strained when we use gadgets for long hours and finally we could get headaches. By reducing the use of gadgets, we could avoid headaches.
