These days there are so many beauty products available in the market. This has put the people in a dilemma regarding what to buy and what not to buy.

It must be noted that skin issues have become common these days and most of us suffer from one skin issue or the other. We try various products that would help us to sort out the skin issues.

In this scenario, not many would have thought that products that we put on the face might be the cause for the skin issues. It is important that we must cut down the products that we put on our face.

There are few things that we must not put on our face.

Don’t put soap on the face:
It is shocking to mention that soap when put on the face could lead to skin irritation, dry skin, allergies etc because the pH of the skin gets altered. It is said that washing face with a face wash would be better. The point here is the skin has a pH of 5.4 to 5.9 whereas soap has got pH around 9 to 10. Hence soap would be harsh for our face.

Don’t put hair sprays on the face:
Hair sprays are different from setting sprays. It must be taken into account that setting spray moistens the skin, refreshes etc but a hair spray does not. When hair spray is put on the face, then the face is stripped off the moisture content. We could get issues like acne etc.

Don’t put body lotion on face:
When in hurry or when feeling lazy, some people put body lotion n their faces. This must not be done. It is revealed that body lotions have thicker consistency and have harsh chemicals etc and these could clog the skin pores. In the end, we could get many skin based issues.

Don’t put hot water on the face:
The point is by putting hot water on the face we might be causing great harm to our face. The moisture of the face/skin is stripped off and skin would produce more sebum. In the end, issues like acne and clogged pores could occur.

Don’t put nail pain on the face:
Always remember that nail paint is not face paint and nail paint must not be put on the face. The allergenic ingredients like formaldehyde and acetates present in the nail paint could lead to skin issues.
