By keeping on learning new things:
We have crossed certain age it doesn’t mean that we must stop learning new things or being innovative. The brain would be healthy and sharp if we learn new skills. The density of myelin in the brain gets boosted my creativity. By this, it is possible for us to be effective and productive and finally we would be happy and healthy.
By regular exercises:
For health to be good, it is necessary that we must d exercises without fail. It is said that exercises not only keeps the body in good shape but also makes us live longer. When we exercise, our body release dopamine and this would act as body’s natural happy hormone. By doing rigorous physical activity for a half-hour every day, our overall health would be superb.
By volunteering, forgiving and by practising gratitude:
The mind would be cleared from blockages when we concentrate on values such as gratitude, kindness, charity and forgiveness etc. We could feel positive and this would boost our health during older age. It is important that we must feel content and satisfied as we grow older instead of trying to think about what we don’t have. There have been some studies that had proved that those who have gratitude feel more optimistic and were healthier as they grew old.
By spending more time with family:
This is also one important habit to follow to stay happy and healthy in the older age. By spending time with the family, we could feel more relaxed and happy and the fear of ageing would reduce in us.
