Fact here is lack of magnesium might result in cramps in the muscles, weakness, depression etc in us. The mineral magnesium plays an important role in our everyday life.

There are some foods that are rich in magnesium and we must have these foods without fail for our health to be good. They are

Intake of dark chocolates:
Not many are aware of the fact that the dark chocolates could be healthy. These have magnesium plus others like antioxidants, copper, iron, manganese etc. Our heart health would be superb when dark chocolates are eaten in moderate amounts.

Intake of nuts:
The nuts have magnesium plus fibres and mono-saturated fats. They play a huge role in the controlling blood sugars and cholesterol levels in us. Examples are almonds, cashews, peanuts etc. Intake of nuts with anti-inflammatory properties would be good for the heart.
