Most of us want a healthy and fit body. For getting this, it is very important that we must exercise regularly. The busy work schedule these days has made many unable to do exercises regularly. Doing exercises is not only good for weight loss but also for our overall health. It is necessary that we must spend atleast 30 minutes every day doing exercises. By exercising, we could prevent early ageing in us.
Various issues that would happen to our body when we don’t do exercises are
Issues in sleeping:
It is said that when we don’t exercise every day then we might get sleep issues like sleeplessness, interrupted sleep, issues in getting sleep etc
High BP:
The pumping efficiency of our heart decreases when we do not exercise regularly. The force through arteries decreases due to this. This could lead to decrease in our cardio-respiratory fitness in the long run.
Risk of getting heart issues:
Lack of exercises would lead to more risk of getting heart diseases even if we don’t have issues like obesity, diabetes, cholesterol etc.
Memory based issues:
Neuroplasticity is promoted by exercises and this refers to the ability of our brain to form new neural connections throughout life. We might get memory based issues when we do not do exercises regularly.
Endurance gets better:
Our endurance level gets enhanced when we do exercises regularly. We would have great amounts of oxygen when we do intense workouts.
More risk of getting cancer:
When we do not exercise regularly, then there are more chances of getting cancer. The risk of getting breast cancer in women gets lowered when they do exercises.
High blood sugar levels:
Our blood sugar levels get increased when we do not do exercises regularly. This might lead to diabetes and obesity etc. Please take care.
