We could get issues in breathing when lungs are not able to pump blood into the heart. Shortness of breath could occur due to heart enlargement etc. So, please be careful.

Home remedies for shortness in breath:
By doing pursed breathing we could get relief from the breathing difficulty or shortness of breath issue. This is a simple way to overcome the issue. This could be done by slowly breathing with the mouth closed through the nose and pursuing the mouth like we whistle. Finally, breathe out slowly through the pursed lips.

It is possible to treat shortness in breathing issues by sitting forward. It is said that resting while sitting could relax the body and would help us to breathe better. It is possible to overcome the issue of shortness in breathing by means of diaphragmatic breathing also.
