It has become a rather routine in the present domestic lifestyle to keep the cooked items in the refrigerator, take some quantity out and reheat (especially micro-oven) and eat the same! In fact, this habit is considered to be part of the new culture!
It is important to note here that certain factors like work-tension, the ready availability and use of modern high-tech gadgets have increased this trend of reheating and eating routine!
We tend to think on the lines of not wasting the food items and anyway, the item was prepared and kept properly in the fridge only!
However, the fact is that it is NOT GOOD FR THE BODY HEALTH TO KEEP PREPARED FOOD ITEMS IN THE REFRIGERATOR AND TAKING OUT WHEN REQUIRED.
Please note that it is especially advisable NT TO REHEAT THESE ITEMS AND EAT THEM: nitrogen-rich vegetables and food items. When reheating these items, they turn t be toxic and cause severe harms and leads to a variety of diseases.
In this category, it is better to avoid reheating and eating food items such as greens, carrot, radish, mushrooms, and root vegetables such as potatoes.
CAUTION: NEVER KEEP MEAT IN THE FRIDGE, TAKE IT UT AND COOK! NOTE IT IS OK ONLY TO PREPARE ITEMS IKE CHICKEN AS SOON AS BUYING THEM!
Also, please be aware that the doctors advise avoiding hotel food only because the meat is kept in the fridge in all the hotels/restaurants!
Note that it is not ok to keep eggs in the fridge and then use them!
