Be careful about these morning habits that could lead to weight gain

To lead a healthier life, many people try to lose their excess weight and weight loss is one of the most commonly searched terms on Google. The sedentary lifestyle is responsible for many becoming obese. Truth is that losing weight would not only make us look good but also prevent us from getting many obesity related health issues. Various health issues associated with obesity are heart issues, strokes, high BP, diabetes etc.  It is well known that the 2 natural ways of losing excess weight are diet and exercises. Sometimes, instead of weight loss we could also gain more weight due to certain factors.

There are few morning habits that would lead to weight gain and these are

Waking up late/sleeping too much:
It has been shown by research studies that sleeping for a long time could lead to weight gain in us. Sleeping more than 9 hours is dangerous. Those who have the genetic risk of obesity must be very careful.

By not eating breakfast:
It is true that when a person skips his or her breakfast then their metabolism would be messed up. This would lead to an increase in weights. By skipping breakfast, a person would have more cravings for junk foods. Persons would get type-2 diabetes, BP and cardiovascular diseases etc. It has been brought to light that consuming breakfast before 9:30am in the morning would lead to better metabolism and weight loss etc.

By not meditating:
By doing meditation in the morning, the stress hormones or cortisol in us would get reduced and this would lead to weight loss. Deep breathing and meditation would be superb. It is said that when cortisol hormone goes out of balance then we could put on more weight.

By not stretching:
It is important to note that by doing stretching exercises in the morning we could lose our extra weight. Point is that stretching exercises would improve metabolism, blood circulation etc.

By not drinking water:
Drinking water in the morning would not only maintain balance in the body but also we would be able to avoid overeating in the day.
