Point is that the brain’s battery of the kid would get recharged every night by their sleep. It is said that school age kids would need 9 to 12 hours of sleep. There are many kids who have difficulties in sleeping during the night time. A kid would be able to sleep well if they eat healthy and nutritious foods.
Various foods that child must eat to sleep well are
Milk:
Parents must give their kids milk compulsorily because milk has got sleep inducing amino acid called tryptophan. By drinking milk, the bone health of the kid would become better. So, parents must give milk to their children without fail
Banana:
It is well known that bananas have got potassium, magnesium, vitamin B6 etc. By consuming bananas the child would be able to sleep well in the nights.

Rich in magnesium and fibre, intake of green leafy vegetables could make the child stay calm. Child would be able to get good sleep.

Fats have many ingredients like fibres, amino acids, potassium, vitamin B, magnesium that would regulate the sleep pattern. So, parents must give oats to their kids.
Salmon fish:
Omega-3 fatty acids in the salmon fish could make the kid sleep well in the night time. So kids must eat salmon fish for their sleep quality to be good.
